Tom Leaird is CEO of Scuba Educators International, Inc. a direct descendant of YMCA Scuba. He has owned a dive store since 1971 and has written ten books on all aspects of diving. He will present an update on SEI Diving for all interested. SEI Diving is in its second year of operation, taking over when YScuba went out of business. Instructors cover over 30 states and nine countries currently.

Scuba Educators International, Inc. is a direct descendant of YMCA Scuba and has instructors in over 30 states and 9 countries. Discussion will include: SEI Diving philosophy of education, standards changes, promotional material available, new student text, new instructor guides, new student materials including custom ordering of student workbooks, advanced and specialty offerings, and plans for the coming year. Instructors from any agency are welcome.
