ScubaFest Exhibitor Registration

 

ScubaFest has three types of Exhibitors

Commercial, Non-Commercial and Artisans

 

Commercial Exhibitors who request a booth will receive a 10'W by 8'D area with pipe and draping. An 8' draped table will be included (unless otherwise requested) and one or two chairs. They will also request one banquet ticket of their choice. The endcaps will receive a 16' by 10' booth with the save ammenities (Additional tables upon request).

Commercial Tables will include an 8' draped table and one or two chairs. Tables must contain the complete display within the table space. They do not include a banquet ticket.

Non-commercial Exhibitors who request a booth will receive a 10'W by 8'D area with pipe and draping. An 8' draped table will be included (unless otherwise requested) and one or two chairs. The non-commercial package does not include a banquet ticket.

Artisan booths are special booths available for artisans and craftsmen offering original art creations to the dive community. They will receive a 10'W by 8'D area with pipe and draping. An 8' draped table will be included (unless otherwise requested) and one or two chairs. The Artisan booth does not include a banquet ticket.
