Ralph Wilbanks - Key Note Speaker
Ralph, discoverer of the H L Hunley, will join us for the Saturday evening banquet as the keynote speaker. He will also join us on Friday evening for a meet 'n greet and a special presentation. The H L Hunley was the first submarine to sink a warship. It occurred on 17 February, 1864 during the siege of Charleston in the Civil War.
